CO2 Capture and Liquification

As customers around the country look to increase sustainability, reduce carbon intensity, and capture value at every turn, we are there with them every step of the way. This was the case for a processing facility in Indiana, who recently started up a new 100 ton per day CO2 capture and liquification plant. The new system was integrated seamlessly into the existing facility to pull carbon off the existing process, compress it into a liquid state, and store it for distribution into markets across the region. The expanded process allows for liquified food grade CO2 production marketed into the bottling, industrial, and food processing industries, as well as the option for future dry ice production. By adding the new CO2 liquification plant, the facility was able to add a valuable product stream while decreasing carbon intensity and providing operational flexibility.

We provide a complete turn-key package for our client, including all engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up services. We worked hand in hand with technology partners to deliver a state-of-the-art facility on a tight timeline, controlling costs and ensuring our client could meet all contractual obligations to their customers for CO2 products. This is the second CO2 capture and liquification facility we have completed in the last year and just one of many we have built throughout our history.
