Global Recognition for Innovation
In 2019, POET was named to Fast Company's list of "The World's Most Innovative Companies" after the launch of JIVE, an Earth-friendly asphalt rejuvenator and modifier that is more cost effective, safer, and healthier than its petroleum-based competitors by a mile.
That same year, POET's three decades of work tackling some of the world's most challenging problems - including climate change - landed us on FORTUNE's "Change the World" list.
POET In Documentary-Style Series Presented by ICBA and BIO
POET took part in the documentary-style series presented by ICBA and BIO. This film was produced for POET by BBC StoryWorks, the commercial content division of BBC Global News.
POET was recently featured on an episode of Tomorrow's World Today on the Science and Discovery channels. In the episode, field reporter Darieth Chisolm went to Scotland, South Dakota where she learned about POET and our mission to fight climate change through agriculture.
Policy
POET partners with policymakers on both sides of the aisle across the U.S. to ensure that the many environmental benefits of biofuels and bioproducts are appropriately recognized and accurately represented on both a state and national level. We actively encourage policymakers to support and enact policies that advance renewable biofuels and bioproducts, boost rural economies and reverse the effects of climate change.
