POET is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, vendors and neighbors. Conducting business in a manner that manages environmental issues responsibly is a top priority. All contractors and suppliers that are interested in supplying POET with materials or working on projects must complete one of the following forms:

• To perform on-site work, install and maintain equipment, or provide services on POET Projects, please complete the Contractor Qualification Form.
• To supply POET with your products or services, please complete the Supplier Qualification Form.
